Our Online Prenatal Yoga classes are designed to help expectant mothers prepare for childbirth, reduce stress and anxiety, and maintain their physical and mental health during pregnancy. You'll learn poses and breathing techniques that are safe and beneficial for you and your baby.

Our Chair Yoga classes are designed to help you maintain mobility, balance, and mental clarity as you age. Join us as we move through a series of gentle poses that are modified for your needs and abilities, leaving you feeling more energized and confident. Offered live, online and in-person. Vinyasa Yoga classes include sequences of poses that connect one pose to the other. The mindful movement and breathwork allows for connection of body, mind, spirit while increasing strength, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. All skill levels welcome, each pose can be modified. Register below.
Restorative Yoga classes consist of a series of restful poses that are held for a longer time. The class is designed to allow for you to achieve a sense of deep relaxation and connection of
body, mind, & spirit.

My yoga journey started in 2011 when I was in the throws of one of the busiest times of my life. As a mom of two young kids, I was trying my best to juggle a demanding career and take care of my family. After experiencing the physical and mental symptoms of stress, I accepted an invitation to my first yoga class. When practicing yoga I felt an incredible sense of relief and improvement in my overall well-being. Simply being reminded to breathe and allowing myself time to check in with my body, mind, and spirit left me feeling energized, at peace, and more complete than I had felt in a long time. There was just ONE problem...I could not find a yoga class time that worked for me! I knew I needed yoga and loved the shared energy from a group class. So, I became certified to teach yoga and offered classes in the community.
My journey as a yoga instructor has been and, after 12 years, continues to be incredibly fulfilling. I am blessed to also have a career as a nurse practitioner and nurse scientist. Offering hope and supporting people as they work to achieve their optimal state of health are at my core. Sharing my passion for yoga and helping others be and feel their best brings me great joy.
